Some roofs cannot be properly inspected using Thermal and Capacitance testing. In these situations, Nuclear Thermography is used.  Nuclear Thermography is conducted using a nuclear scanning meter that emits neutrons from a radiation source from the scanning meter down through the roofs assembly. This is the only test that can be used in ponding water.
