Storm Restoration Representative

Full & Part Time Entry-Level Positions – Sales & customer service

Job description:

Superior Commercial Roofing is currently looking to add 2-3 individuals to our team of storm restoration representatives to assist in handling the influx of insurance claims due to storm damage such as hail and wind that have recently been affecting the Augusta area.

Superior Commercial Roofing has recently opened a division in the Augusta area to help homeowners in the historical District. After working with the Augusta Country Club to manage the storm damage on its property, we noticed that many of the large historical homes have not started repairs months after the storm. This is due to a lack of actual General Contractor with large loss experience helping these homeowners.

Superior has been working on commercial projects in Augusta for over 15 years. Superior has worked with Augusta University for 10 years completing the last large new building The School of Dentistry.

Superior expects to add 2-3 per month to handle the additional jobs our company anticipates, Superior needs driven, energetic, independent individuals to join our team and assist homeowners with their insurance claims, estimates, and storm damage inspections.

No experience? No problem. Superior delivers the best storm restoration training program in the nation, developing fully capable, proficient representatives within 3-5 days. Individuals we hire receive training on the basic construction, insurance, and storm damage knowledge they need in order to represent and assist homeowners through their claims, so prior experience is not necessary.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed base pay plus commission structure
  • $50 per qualified inspection (average inspection takes 45-60 minutes)
  • Commissions paid on all completed claims (average of $1,000- 1,500 per job)
  • Monthly and annual bonuses for performance

Qualification

  • Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers
  • Must be able to climb a ladder to a roof when necessary
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Independent nature, self-discipline, and good time management (representatives create and manage their own work schedule)

Sales experience is a plus, but not a necessity

  • Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspections
  • Responsibilities & duties of the position
  • Inspecting & documenting homes for storm damage
  • Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the claims process and sign restoration agreements
  • Creating estimates & measuring home exteriors and damages
  • Marketing / lead generation for new prospects

This is an opportunity to start at the ground level in construction. Our goal is to find the best and grow our new team into a commercial construction career that will allow for travle all over the United states.

Our team will progress from Home restoration to Solar, HVAC, and eventual commercial large loss.
